Job Description:
- The incumbent oversees all operations in the Receipt and alliance with distributors, super stockists, stockists and manufacturers. He/she is responsible for the safe, efficient and cost effective operations of his department.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Primary responsible would be appointing distributors and managing the business relationship with distributors
- Drive the attainment of company's goals and profitability with distributors.
- Handling the entire logistics, payments, deliveries between Distributor and Retailer
- Implement engagement programs for distributors to maximize the business
- Negotiate and execute contracts to establish new distributors pan India.
- Assess value and contribution of existing partnerships and make changes when necessary.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods to retailers and exceeds customer's satisfaction.
- Partner with sales & Marketing team to identify, establish and roll out revenue generating marketing campaigns for distributors & retailers.
- Share market feedback to management and sales leadership.
- Manage contract negotiations with management assistance and legal counsel as required.
- Respond and resolve distributor questions and concerns in a timely manner
- Manage revenue results and progress to forecast
- Forecast revenue to sales management.
Key Requirements:
- Possess 8-10 years of experience in the Pharma / FMCG distribution centre environment.
- A College diploma or university degree in business or supply chain management is preferred. A combination of education and directly related experience may be considered.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and ERP tools.
- Candidates with Direct experience will be preferred.
