What You'll Do :

- Tech Program management experience in Pharma (min requirement is a good understanding of the Pharma Industry)

- Demonstrated mastery of the technical program management processes and principles.

- Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional, remote, diverse teams is critical to effectively establish the capability management function

- Excellent interpersonal (communication and presentation) and organizational skills

- Good understanding of Agile/ Lean/ 6-sigma principles

- Problem solving abilities and a can-do attitude

- Superb persuading and influencing skills

- Program/project management of key initiatives across Wellthy function, which can be technology-led, process-led or operations-led.

- Demonstrate Customer Success - evaluates decisions through the eyes of the customer, builds strong customer relationships, creates processes with customer viewpoint and partners with customers to help shape their future initiatives

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills -communicates in a clear and succinct manner and effectively evaluates information / data to make decisions, anticipates obstacles and develops plans to resolve, creates actionable strategies and operational plans

- Change oriented - actively generates process improvements, champions and drives change initiatives, confronts difficult circumstances in creative ways, balances multiple and competing priorities and executes accordingly

- Strong technical acumen, knowledge of software development process and tools.

- Manage the day-to-day activities across cross functional organization in support of driving technology, capability building and partner project activities.

- Responsible for collating success measures and supporting the operational KPI collation.

- Consistently report and review progress to the Wellthy leadership team, steering group and relevant Stakeholders.

Your Qualifications :

- Program management certification (PMI/CAPM or PMP, PRINCE2)

- 3+ years of overall experience in Engineering/Technology Program/Project Management with good understanding of SDLC and Product Development methodologies

- 1+ years of confirmed experience in Program/Project Management, leading cross-entity projects/programs

- Project Management tools and applications such as Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira, Confluence

- Exposure and sound understanding to Android / iOS development, AWS platform, NodeJS and PostgreSQL will be mandatory.
