Who are we looking for:

We are looking for an exceptional candidate who comes from an eCommerce / D2C background and knows how to deliver successful growth initiatives and a scalable product in a high growth environment.

Someone who empathizes with the Wellthy mission of utilizing engagement & retention to improve patient acquisition, outcomes and Business ROI.

A start-up enthusiast ideally, you have 5+ years of experience in Consumer Health or Digital Health apps and/or platforms with deep understanding of patient/user insights into product improvements, data-based decision making and use of behavioural science to drive and improve patient engagement and retention.

About the Role: Growth Product Manager

Responsibilities:

- Lead on all growth initiatives related to our product, from strategy, through to execution and measurement, with a specific focus on customer acquisition and retention strategies

- Lead on all customer insight work, developing customer journeys and use cases and ensuring an optimal customer experience at all times

- Manage the cross-functional team of therapy managers, content creators, and developers to achieve the best possible outcomes, developing strong working practices

- Own and manage the growth led mobile app roadmap, feeding in both business and user requirements to ensure that we are continuously improving our experience and innovating to hit our ambitious business goals

- Choosing in accordance with the other departments which metrics/KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to focus on and how to capture existing demand

- Bringing traditional and creative ideas how to grow those KPIs along with A/B testing those ideas

- Analyzing the data and users' feedback, exchanging ideas/data/feedback with other departments (Product, marketing, top management) to present results and make the product more user centric.

- Understanding conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and hacks and being able to apply CRO hacks to any businesses.

- Rethink the way Wellthy works on each of our mobile platforms - taking advantage of native or hybrid app features

- Improve mobile and tablet apps, bringing them richer creation and collaboration experiences

- Bring a ruthless focus to making our apps lightweight and lightning fast for our customers around the world

- Produce written requirements, stories, wireframes, and other materials

- Write stories and tickets for the development team, and track them through to completion

Requirements

- A bachelor's degree in marketing, strategy, business management, or similar.

- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a related role and in the startup space.

- A portfolio of successful growth implementations and interventions.

- Direct experience of growth marketing / product management for a high growth D2C business is essential

- Applicable knowledge of Clevertap, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, and other User Activity heatmap tools

- Domain expertise in UI/UX best practices

- Expertise in captive marketing, online strategies, user experience, and mobile engagement

- Strong analytical skills, including A/B testing, mobile utility metrics, and engagement metrics

- Knowledge of various growth-hacking tools, such as automation and campaign monitoring platforms

- Extensive experience with building Mobile Apps for 10,000+ active users

- Detailed knowledge of Mobile technology and tools from a business perspective

- 5+ years of relevant experience with 3+ years in product management

- Demonstrated experience building user experiences and platform capabilities for web products

- Experience with human interface guidelines and best practices on iOS and Android is preferred
