- A passionate data engineer / aspiring data architect with a focus to transform an internal MIS reporting engine to an analytics offering that is worthy of being a customer facing profit center.

- A start-up enthusiast who is interested in building self service capabilities for Data visualization and enterprise analytics using open source tools and best practices.

About the Role: Data Analytics Lead Responsibilities:

- Development, improvement, and maintenance of organizational analytics platform and Visualization tool (Power BI)

- Collate data from multiple different sources into a structured database that is meaningful and easily usable (ETL)

- Brainstorm with business stakeholders to develop daily, weekly, and monthly analyses to assist in data-driven decision making

- Streamlining and automation of data pipelines and process flows to ensure rapid turnaround time for analytics and visualization and maintenance of Dashboard (Power BI)

- Statistical Analysis of user-app interactions and patient medical history and logs

- Significance testing to show the impact of the app on patient lifestyle and health

- Segmentation of patients to facilitate targeted marketing and engagement

- Quantifying patient health improvements based on app usage and engagement

- Work with business stakeholders to identify areas that require attention and Facilitate corrective and prescriptive action using data and technology.

Requirements :

- 5 or more years of experience in Data Engineering, ETL, Data Warehousing & Data Architecture, in RDBMS (must have) and NoSQL (bonus!)

- 3 or more years of proficiency in Data Visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Microstrategy, Qlik, Google Cloud Data Studio or similar

- 2 or more years of scripting in Python / R or similar, with experience in API based data queries

- Bonus - 1 or more years of working with No Code / Low Code platforms such as AppSmith

Bonus - Background / Certification in Data Science / AI / ML

- Basic knowledge of statistics

- Bonus - Basic understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and its stakeholders

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to synthesize action items from abstract discussions
