Responsible for leading one or more human resource functions for a small business/function or internal support function. Serves as human resource advisor to HRBPs and to managers and supervisors.
- Advises managers and supervisors on policy, guidelines and team member performance actions and assists in identifying opportunities to improve individual, team and business performance.
- Time is split between management and personal consulting. Responsible for one or more of the following: talent acquisition and development; fostering an inclusive culture and strong team member experience;
- Developing reward and recognition strategies and pay programs at the management and team member levels; and measuring performance in support of organizational goals. Assures compliance with all regulatory and corporate/audit requirements.
- Manages a small human resource function and work is accomplished through consultants and specialists. Collaborates and networks across Wells Fargo.
- Establish process and have complete oversight on delivery of services for a sub-function/areas. Collaborate with Larger HR team and Partner with relevant shared services functions/stakeholders in business/Corporate HR functions to identify opportunities for overall alignment
- Establish Service level agreements wherever applicable and be able to drive to meet those standards. Responsible to design & Facilitate engagement framework leading into an engaged workforce
- Understanding of people practices and policies and be able to interpret and provide solutions to relevant stakeholders
- Review and analyze business unit/work area data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and team member experience
- Be a advisor/consultant to Managers in a business unit, Participates in the formulation of company policies and procedures
- Build and manage business unit/area/stakeholder relationships and delivery of services with a high focus on quality
- Drive performance management across the LOBs assigned (where ever applicable)
- Provide ongoing support to the AVP-HR/VP-HR, HR leadership team on human resources related matters, policies and procedures

Market Skills and Certifications :
- Must have 12+ years of HR experience
- Post Graduate in HR from a premier B School
- Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative;
- Exposure across multiple HR domains will be preferred
- Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization
- Excellent organization, planning, and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, MS Office knowledge
