Responsible for facilitating the relationship between an EGS LOBs . Acts as the single point of contact for the client and the appropriate LOBs from solution planning to sizing/estimating for resources fulfillment. Be able to influence resourcing decision by gathering and reviewing demand information, working with LOB to determine if standard Skills Center offering will work or if custom solution is necessary, and recommending the best option to the customer. Ensures service quality and cost-effectiveness of solutions.
Monitors the demand patterns and maintains regular contact with senior management of the LOB to arrive at appropriate staffing solution. As the most senior level individual contributor in the relationship management function, may provide leadership to less experienced staff.
LOB Relationships
Managing LOB relationships is the Relationship manager's most important role. Relationship managers aim to build relationships with the senior management and other stakeholder who influence recruitment / resource demand decisions.
Customer Advocate
Act as customer advocates to ensure that Skills Center understand customers- requirements and respond with the right quality of service; by working with Skills Center competence development / Talent Supply management teams. Relationship managers coordinate internally to provide customers with the different services they need.
Support LOB demand Planning
Relationship managers develop plans to maximize opportunities to add value to the LOBs. The demand plans include resource requirements, competence development, location optimization, etc. The Relationship manager reviews these plans with the LOB heads and refreshes them on a periodic basis.
Consultative Selling
Relationship managers build trust and strengthen relationships by keeping LOBs informed on the way current and emerging services can help their business. They prepare briefings on the business, and financial benefits of the new offering and collaborate with LOBs to develop customized solutions. Collaboration helps to build partnership with customers and ensures high levels of customer retention.

Prior experience in developing Vendor relationships and communicating vendor performance metrics/dashboards and relationship improvement opportunities
