About this role :

Wells Fargo is seeking Senior Strategy and Planning Consultant as part of the Global Privacy Utility Team within the Chief Operating Office.

This role will be an integral part of a diverse, multidisciplinary team to promote sustainable issue management and effective internal control practices for the Global Privacy Utility and its supporting business lines. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.

In this role, you will have responsibilities such as :

- Partners with senior leaders across Wells Fargo to define the business strategy and create/execute corresponding business plans and initiatives.

- Coordinating the collection of research and departmental plans and integrating into recommendations.

- Provides direction to a cross-functional team through influence and visionary leadership; does not have direct reports.

- Manage monthly SharePoint aged documents report for Strategy pillar including review of aged documents and take appropriate action.

- Manage annual move of aged Shared Drive documents to RIMA according to record retention procedures and guidelines.

- Participate in gathering data and preparing necessary reports; maintain dashboard for Strategy pillar within GPU.

- Experience with Power BI preferred

- TM will support a broad range of initiatives, serving businesses throughout the Wells Fargo enterprise, and as such offers the opportunity to build a diverse set of project experiences and perspective as part of project management.

- Responsible for end-to-end project management, demonstrating ownership of the entire process from beginning to end

Required Qualifications :

- Experience or knowledgeable of practices related to delivering privacy and data protection, breach management or regulatory privacy projects or other similar work.

- Bachelors degree in an information technology, business, or related discipline from an accredited college/university.

- 8+years of overall experience with 3+ years of managing strategy projects with global partners required.

- Working knowledge of key privacy regulations, including but not limited to GDPR and CCPA.

- Proven people skills: demonstrates thorough knowledge and/or a proven track record of success with operating in a banking or a financial organization.

- Proven ability to effectively collaborate.

- Excellent written, oral, presentation skills, innovative thinker.

- A proven record of success working seamlessly in a virtual environment to complete projects with team members based in various locations, domestically and globally.

- Demonstrates creative thinking, individual initiative, and flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks, particularly in face of a rapidly changing technology, regulatory, and cultural landscape and shifting client priorities.

- Keeps up to date with the Security and Privacy Industry following the industrys advancements, challenges, and discovery

- Working in an in-house privacy team, data privacy consulting or equivalent academic experience with a commensurate advanced degree.
