Contribute to the development and implementation of Rewards strategies in EOP.
- Lead all rewards related initiatives and its implementation by working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
Primary ( what she/he does 80% of the time) :
- Contribute in development of a Total Rewards strategy for the EOP every year in line with market movements
- Lead implementation of Total Rewards strategy for EOP
- Lead Salary review exercise and bonus payments for EOP
- Lead annual market pricing efforts for EOP, incorporating all necessary inputs and obtain approvals from corporate and international compensation teams
- Lead consulting projects in the area of compensation by identifying requirements, working with consulting organisations ( whenever required) to obtain market intelligence and industry trends
- Work with business heads and business partners in HR to identify and resolve all compensation related issues/projects
- Contribute to job evaluation/job structuring initiatives
- Collaborate with HRSD and international compensation teams for compensation related reporting and bonus accruals
- Develop a robust, reliable and local market driven database for all market intelligence requirements
- Collaborate effectively with international/corporate compensation teams in order to aid local implementation of enterprise guidelines
- Actively contribute to Enterprise's goals of building an international talent pool in the rewards area
Secondary (what s/he does 20% of the time) :
- Part of international compensation team and contribute to enterprise wide projects in functional area
- Part of HR working committee and actively contribute to HR initiatives in EOP
Unique Knowledge & Skill Requirement :
- Just have 5+ years of experience, of which at least 3 years in rewards area
- Strong skills in designing and understanding compensation plans, experience in end to end project management and dealing with external vendors
- Must have good understanding of market trends and practices in rewards area that aids in job structuring, job pricing etc
- Must be able to collaborate effectively with international partners in enterprise world, and internal stakeholders ( business and within HR function)
