THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Business Partner with Sales organization and direct handling of two Regions
- Oversee the Frontline HR operations
- Recruitment - Develop the sourcing plan and deploy recruitment plan, ensuring 100% manpower capacity for all functions.
- HR Policies & Processes - Owning all HR Policies& Processes for Frontline
- New Joinee Onboarding - New joiner on-boarding implementation; track & monitor deliverable improvise on the new joiner on-boarding experience
- Talent Development - Maximize employee participation in Organization wide L&D initiatives in consultation with Business Leaders
- Employee Engagement - Plan, prepare and implement employee engagement calendar ensure each and every employee is touch-based at least once in a quarter. Drive employees participation in key engagement events
QUALIFICATIONS :
- MBA-HR
- 3-5 years of Sales HR experience
- Willing to travel
- Team handling experience
