Regional Sales Manager
The Role & Responsibilities:
- Own the territory/channel for business delivery within aligned costs :
- Facilitate & Manage a network of 15+ distributors & the front-line team (20+) to deliver the aligned annual business targets
- Continue to drive efficiency in the RTM model through various opportunities and maintain systems & process hygiene of operations
- Ensure effective delivery of RTM sales fundamentals such as efficient coverage, productivity, distribution and in store merchandising
- Deliver excellent execution of new product or initiative launches in the market
- Connect effectively with top customers across channels in terms of joint business planning, developing business positive relationships, etc.
- Engage effectively with internal teams in marketing/trade marketing on market opportunities, projects, innovation and annual business plan and budgets
Qualifications:
- Post graduate from Tier 1 / Tier 2 universities with 4-7 years of experience in Sales / Trade Marketing. Strong pedigree and prior experience in Punjab region will be preferred
- Strong planning and project management skills along with sound commercial acumen
- Ability to "Get hands Dirty when needed" and execute
- Great stakeholder management - good interpersonal communication skills
- Cross functional understanding of the work processes between Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, HR
- Entrepreneurial and "hands-on" spirit
- Willing to travel
- Team handling experience
- Professional Beauty & Regional Level experience candidates will be preferred
