KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- The overall mission of the job is to continually evolve operating systems & processes of sales operations across geographies and align them towards delivering business plans

- Own the end to end processes of sales operations in terms of distributor on-boarding & operations, manpower planning, outlet classification, selling skills, product knowledge, etc.

- Anchor the entire MIS operations of the sales teams in terms of data hygiene, analytics, actionable insights, trade investment performance, etc.

- Develop the sales team capability modules in line with global and India's best practices and manage execution on-ground

- Support the sales teams towards distributor management practices and guidelines for in-store execution excellence

- Engage towards incubation of new business opportunities & piloting of business growth ideas

KEY REQUIREMENTS :

- Post graduate with 3+ years of experience in Sales & Distribution pref. from a product based industry eg. FMCG, Consumer Durables, etc.

- Good understanding of selling processes, distributor operations

- Ability to manage cross functional stakeholders, good interpersonal skills & demonstrates systems thinking

- Comfort in using data in terms of analytics, reporting and actionable perspective

- Should ideally have an understanding of his / her industry best practices

- Strong planning and project management skills along with sound commercial acumen.

- Ability to "Get hands Dirty when needed" and execute

- Entrepreneurial and "hands-on" spirit
