The e-Commerce manager will be handling E2E customer management working collaboratively with brand teams internally and retailer teams externally, enabling the brands to achieve their objectives. The individual will be responsible for overall business and fundamentals (`CARS`) delivery, design and execution of plans for platform visibility, promotion, trial and traffic generation activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES:
- Ownership and delivery of the commercial plans and brand topline.
- Serve as the primary liaison between ecommerce partners and & brand team
- Translate national brand plans into e-commerce tailored conceptual sells, define the local e-retail content requirements and ensures optimal content is deployed
Own spends
Channel trade spend budgets and optimize for KPI`s (traffic/conversion/basket/repeat/profit)
Media planning and activation, ensuring optimal ROI of investments
Develop ecommerce specific promotions and packs to accelerate our ecommerce growth.
Own reporting of ecommerce results and KPI`s
Manage ecommerce, Operations: New Product & Customer Service teams.
THE IDEAL FIT:
- In depth knowledge of e-commerce landscape, operations and KPI`s, digital marketing understanding is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to listen, understand, and translate the company/brand strategy to retailer.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence top levels across Wella and the customer organization
- Ability to understand data, generate insights and make data based decisions.
- Ability to work effectively within a fast paced, complex matrix and changing environment
- Flexible to travel when required.

JOB EXPERIENCE : 2- 5 years of relevant work experience preferably in FMCG, cosmetic industry
QUALIFICATION: Full time MBA from a premier B-School
