Looking for a CTO

For an existing Healthcare organization serving close to 1,500 new patients every day. The group is one of the largest telemedicine player in eye-care worldwide spearheading India's fight against preventable blindness.

They have already given an exit to their early stage investors and are looking to go International with their offerings.

About the role -

They are currently looking for someone with 5 to 10 years of experience in building scalable technology products like web app and mobile applications.

- Someone to come and lead the technology vertical, hire teams and train them.

- Be able to upgrade the existing technology infrastructure and make a pathway to create the next set of requirements and build the products accordingly.

- The candidate will need to be based out of Chennai and take end-to-end ownership of the Complete product development cycle.

- Hands on coding a critical requirement here, full stack engineering experience will be given preference.

- Looking for 3-5 years of meaningful engagement to lead India's fight against preventable blindness.

Compensation -

Salary ( no bar for the right candidate ) & healthy Esops
