What you'll do?.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist.

- We are seeking a proactive and passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.

- In this role, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and recruiting top talent to help us achieve our strategic goals.

Requirements:

- 2-3 Years of Experience in Tech and Non-Tech Recruitment: Demonstrated expertise in recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles, with a proven track record of successfully filling positions across diverse fields.

- Exceptional Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Strong ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with candidates, colleagues, and external partners, both in writing and verbally.

- Adaptability and Quick Learning Ability: Proven capacity to quickly grasp new concepts and adapt to evolving environments.

- Must excel in dynamic settings and demonstrate flexibility in tackling new challenges.

- Comprehensive Recruitment Lifecycle Experience: Proficient in managing the entire recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing, to ensure a seamless and effective hiring experience.

- Relationship Building and Maintenance: Skilled in developing and sustaining relationships with potential candidates and external stakeholders, contributing to successful recruitment outcomes.

- Growth Mindset and Dedication to Continuous Learning: Enthusiastic about personal and professional development within the HR field, with a commitment to expanding recruiting skills and gaining broader HR expertise.

Qualifications:.

- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.

- Proven track record of successfully recruiting for a variety of roles, including IT and non-IT positions.

Skills:.

- Excellent communication skills (spoken, written, and reading).

- Stakeholder management.

- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

- Priority management and decision-making.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
