Roles and What a day in the week looks like:
- Identify, analyse, scale and implement best practices suited for the organization through effective HR.
- Develop effective partnership with employees, managers and ensure positive work environment. -Create a robust employee network.
- Work towards enhancing business performance through efficient business partnering.
- Look for ways to proactively improve & enhance processes.
- Evaluate potential employee challenges and address proactively to enhance employee satisfaction.
- Identify HR intervention needs, create appropriate programs, actively participate in HR interventions & projects and ensure timely completion. Right from comp & ben critique/ benchmarking; employee engagement overhaul to laying down the recruitment guidelines, we're happy for someone to re-set and set processes in a collaborative way with founders
Job Requirements :
- Postgraduate degree in HR (2016-2019) from a marquee HR institute
- Strong ability to form relationships across the organization, navigate through it and influence leadership to drive agendas.
- Hands-on approach to work, someone who can not only strategize but also get agility in the way of working.
- Effective communication and critical thinking skills.
- Strong business insight with a keen aptitude to quickly assimilate new information.
- Demonstrate ability to establish trust, fairness and credibility with employees, managers and other partners.
- Solid team player and ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
