Wedjat Health Solution is a fast-growing company looking for a dynamic and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to support our CEO and drive our operations to the next level. The ideal candidate will have extensive leadership experience, a strong track record in optimizing business operations, and a creative mindset for tackling challenges. As COO, you will be integral to setting and executing the organization's operational vision, ensuring high levels of productivity and efficiency across all functions, and fostering a culture of excellence.

This role is perfect for an experienced professional who has worked their way up within the industry and can bring both business acumen and management expertise to the table.

Objectives of This Role:

- Collaborate with the Founder in setting and driving organizational vision, operations strategy, and hiring levels.

- Translate strategic goals into actionable plans for growth, implementing organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operations planning.

- Oversee company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture that supports organizational goals and fosters team success.

- Ensure effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and employee retention.

- Ensure compliance with national and local business regulations and implement corrective actions when needed.

Responsibilities:

- Analyze internal operations to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.

- Implement business strategies and plans that align with both short- and long-term objectives developed in collaboration with the Founder.

- Oversee operations, HR, and accounting functions and collaborate with the Founder in sales management to ensure sufficient capital investment for near-term growth targets.

- Manage capital investments and expenses aggressively to ensure the company meets investor targets for growth and profitability.

- Monitor performance using tracking software, taking corrective measures as needed and providing detailed updates and forecasts.

- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with company goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- A minimum of five years of experience in executive leadership roles, preferably in the industry.

- Excellent leadership skills with strong personal integrity and the ability to inspire and lead a team.

- In-depth understanding of advanced business planning and regulatory issues.

- A solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics, with the ability to diagnose problems quickly and implement solutions.

- The ability to foresee potential issues and make proactive decisions that ensure long-term organizational success.

- Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced company.

- Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting, forecasting, and managing financial operations.

- Proven track record of driving change and innovation to improve organizational performance and growth.
