Job Responsibilities: 1. Accountable for banqueting sales from weddingz managed properties 2. Ensure all venues across the city deliver at target. 3. Develop strategies to grow sales in their region 4. Work with cluster heads to drive the venues [A cluster head typically drives 10 venues] 5. Review data at city level/venue level to assess concerns and then work with cluster heads to fix the issues 6. Accountable for venue acquisition in the city 7. Develop venue acquisition plan on what kind of supply to get [budget, size, area, city] 8. Work with acquisition team to get supply 9. Regular training of cluster heads and accountable for their careers 10. Accountable for collection from venues 11. Resolve team issues and any major customer escalation
