At Scalent, we are hiring for a Webstore lead with one of our D2C clients based out of New Delhi.
You will be responsible for:
- P&L Management: Own the P&L for the D2C website, forecasting revenue, managing expenses, and ensuring profitability.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Implement A/B testing, user research, and other CRO techniques to improve conversion rates and maximize online sales.
- User Experience (UX) Optimization: Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in the user experience. Collaborate with design and development teams to implement changes.
- Digital Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the digital marketing team to align website strategy with marketing campaigns and drive traffic to the site.
- Product Merchandising & Presentation: Optimize product presentation, categorization, and merchandising on the website to maximize sales and improve product discoverability.
- Customer Journey Optimization: Map and analyze the customer journey on the website, identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on website performance, including traffic, conversion rates, average order value, and customer lifetime value. Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Paid Ads: Running and managing paid ads on Meta, YT, Google etc.
- Retention Marketing: WhatsApp marketing, email marketing etc. via CRM tool.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor websites and industry trends to identify best practices and stay ahead of the curve.
- Team Leadership: Manage a high-performing website team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Repeat Customers: Focusing on building organic marketing to retain customers and improving the repeat percentages.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing D2C websites.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, including CRO, UX, and digital marketing.
- Experience with online platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, etc.) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
