- Creation of monthly sale & commercial calendar to achieve top line growth, conversion & new customer acquisition
- Overall Management of Marquee Sales to achieve target GMV, conversion, growth and marketing income targets - Working with brand & Category managers closely to define structure of pages, closure of offers & targets
- Management of monthly site-level activations including flash sales, cross category activations & initiatives to increase AOV & Conversion
- Creation of rate cards to achieve brand objectives + marketing income targets
- Working with cross functional teams (marketing, CRM) to execute onsite activations 360deg
- Identifying potential opportunities of improvement with Product to reduce leakages in the customer funnel + rolling out and testing new product features
- Tracking key consumer funnel metrics and identifying areas of opportunities
