Roles and Responsibilities:
- Work cross-functionally across marketing, business verticals and technology to optimize the website experience for existing customers and prospects
- Own the Optimization and continuous improvement of performance to drive customer Acquisition, Digital Sales, Up-sell and cross-sell.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams of the bank to keep the website updated with accurate content.
- Create and manage Digital/Web and Creative Assets
- SEO optimization of the website to drive incremental organic traffic and improve keyword ranking.
- Web Analytics & Traffic Analysis to track the Organic Performance of Website and improve Organic Leads across Products on Website
- Use actionable insight from web analytics tools to drive optimization of the website to improve engagement & lead throughput.
- Own the performance of the website ensuring it continues to be a top source of leads while identifying and executing on strategies to scale the volume of lead engagements
- Experience on usage/implementation of Adobe Marketing suite and other martech products.
Qualification & Requirements
- Graduate or Post-graduate with 6 to 7 years work experience in managing website, SEO
- Hands on Digital Marketing work experience in managing a website / SEO
- Considerable working knowledge of website standards and best practices
- Understanding and hands on experience of Adobe Marketing Suite - Analytics, Campaign, Target & Experience Manager will be an added advantage
- Understanding of Omni-channel campaigns and Marketing Automation
