We are seeking a results-oriented Sr. Business Development Specialist to join our team and drive new client acquisition!
Responsibilities:
Prospect Development & Lead Generation:
- Utilize various channels (phone calls, email outreach) to identify and qualify potential clients in the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Middle East, and EU countries.
- Research and collect data from LinkedIn, websites, and other platforms relevant to our services and offerings.
- Build a targeted prospect list and input data into our CRM system for efficient follow-up.
Sales & Account Management:
- Deliver clear and compelling presentations highlighting our software and services to generate interest from qualified leads.
- Manage assigned leads throughout the sales cycle, nurturing relationships and converting prospects into paying clients.
- Focus on securing new clients with IT teams of less than 50 employees, with an emphasis on smaller teams (ideally under 20).
B2B Relationship Building:
- Actively identify and cultivate B2B opportunities that align with our company's strategic goals.
- Leverage excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Manage client relationships effectively, addressing any concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Support & Reporting:
- Provide ongoing support to clients with regard to our products and services.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
- Prepare reports that track sales performance metrics and contribute to continuous sales process improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the IT services industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle and lead generation techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with potential clients at all levels.
- Proficient in phone prospecting techniques and comfortable conducting cold calls.
- Adept at data collection, mining, and managing data within a CRM system.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
