Job Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies:
- Plan, create, and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including SEO, SEM, PPC, and email marketing.
- Analyze and optimize marketing campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.
- Have a hands-on experience to develop strategies for in Local SEO clients.
Social Media Management:
- Manage and grow the company's as well as client's social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others.
- Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, and posts, tailored to each platform.
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends and competitor activities.
- Should be innovative to generate ideas to be executed for different social platforms.
- Work on enhancing profiles/pages followers and brand awareness.
Content Creation and Management:
- Given insights to content writers to develop high-quality, engaging content for website, blog, and social media channels.
- Work closely with the design team to produce visually appealing materials.
Team handling:
- Guiding team members with a strategy that align with client/project goals.
- Ready to train the team if required regarding any new client, new tools or new google updates.
Client Communications:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and providing regular updates on campaign performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and service excellence.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Use analytics tools like SEMRUSH, Google owned tools, etc to track and report on campaign performance.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data to improve future campaigns.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments, designing, web development, to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with external partners and agencies whenever needed.
Key Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing.
- We are looking for someone with prominent social media marketing experience which includes calendar creations, strategic and innovative content ideas, knowledge to gain followers and increase brand awareness on social platforms.
- Proven experience in managing social media platforms and executing successful social media campaigns.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and other digital marketing techniques.
- Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good team handling capabilities.
- Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, HubSpot, etc.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with graphic design tools such as CANVA will be additional advantage.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and WordPress website handling is must.
- Certification in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or other relevant qualifications will have additional advantage
