Professionally Qualified, Preferably - MBA with specialization in Operations Management
Experience:
Last 5+ yrs in BPO Operations. Grown into a Leadership role - Team Leader
Profile:
- Strong business acumen
- Entrepreneurial bent of mind
- Strong experience in people management (50+ FTEs)
- Vendor / Partner Management
- Customer Management
- Strong Functional/Domain experience
- Operations Excellence (Metrics, Quality etc)
- Thorough practical understanding of BPO / KPO Management - preferably with hands-on experience in process transition
