Responsibilities and Duties
- Experience as a Recruiter for IT & Non IT recruitments.
- Should have experience in working with various job portals and Social networking recruitment
- Understanding the Project requirement and sourcing, screening profiles from various sources that suit the project requirements.
- Knowledge on IT concepts and latest trends
- Briefing Candidates regarding the Job Description and Company Profile
- Should possess the excellent command over English
- Must have handled complete recruitment cycle
- Must be flexible in working extended work hours whenever required
Salary offered: 6-9LPA
