Legal - Manager
Responsibilities :
1. Maintaining strong relationships across departments , communicating effectively across different groups and departments and negotiating fiercely with clients and other stakeholders.
2. The applicant should have good legal inference abilities in order to understand legal problems, analyse gaps and prepare solutions for the same with their team.
3. Good legal drafting, legal research and relationship building skills required.
4. Keeping a tab on day to day CS compliance work of the company.
5. Legal research specially centered around information and technology laws, mergers and acquisitions, IP laws.
6. Drafting of notices, agreements.
7. Skills - Conga, Salesforce, Word, Excel are appreciated.
8. Work across different time zones and with various global teams.
