Growth Consultant, Mar-tech
About the role:
The role focuses on managing customer success in the context of marketing technology (Martech) and delivering value through consulting services. The person is responsible for ensuring that customers achieve success with WebEngage solutions and that consulting services are aligned with delivering tangible value to clients.
Essential functions and Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of accounts to drive product adoption
- Understand key business metrics for the account that can be affected meaningfully via martech deployment and translate business problems into technically ready implementation plans.
- Interpret analytics across KPIs to drive needle moving initiatives to deliver value to the client's business
- Articulate the common definition of success / ROI in sync with customer and setup appropriate measurement systems to transparently track the respective metrics.
- Build, frameworks and a library of playbooks / best practices for multiple industries for the consultants to leverage.
- Execute audit on accounts from a martech deployment maturity and effectiveness lens and recommend strategic and tactical interventions that deliver early wins and long term tangible business value.
Ideal Candidate:- 1-4 years of experience in marketing / analytics / marketing technology applications
- Post Graduate in Marketing with a technical bent of mind is a strong preference.
- Strong problem solving skills at the interplay of Technology <> Data <> Marketing
- Comfort with key martech concepts: integrations, data unification, automation, triggered communication, personalization, marketing analytics - funnels, paths, cohorts and user journeys.
