Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Web Product Manager who owns the releases, de-risks them, and takes them to completion. Understand the technical details of the development and break down project work to provide clarity.

- Identify the need for resources from or trade-offs with other teams to maximize the overall company's goals,

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage dependencies, risks, and schedules. Communicate effectively to others about project status and resolutions. Coordinate work and manage dependencies.

Responsibilities -

- Take an active part in web development solutions and liaise with stakeholders to analyze business problems, clarify requirements, and define the scope of the resolution needed

- Plan and develop requirements/standards for scheduled projects in the domain of data-driven technologies

- Hold regular team meetings to determine progress and identify bottlenecks, risks, and dependencies and coordinate discussions with cross-functional teams to review project deliverables

- Facilitate communication with key strategy stakeholders, including regular reports and strategy progress meetings

- Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities of the team for specific projects or initiatives

- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings

- Establish and maintain standard operating procedures, documentation, and metrics appropriate for the business

- Maintain awareness of industry standards and best practices in the area of web development

- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in alignment with the productivity and sustainability goals of the organization

- Craft the vision and build a roadmap to enhance the web user's experience

- Develop a continuous multi-variant testing plan to gauge opportunities

- Manage the execution of the product definition in an Agile/scrum environment

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in engineering with 5+ years of work experience

- B.Tech degree with an MBA will be preferred

- PMP or Agile Scrum Master certification will be preferred

- A successful track record developing and managing web-based user experiences

- Know-how of data-driven solutions, key performance indicators, quick problem-solving ability

- Efficient people management skills and excellent leadership abilities

- Possess computer literacy skills

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Detail-oriented and antsy about specifics
