Education : Degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field

Experience: 3+ years

Work Timings: 2pm to 11pm (IST)

Position Requirement:

- 3+ years of program, product, or project manager/owner experience with proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful creative project throughout its lifecycle

- Solid understanding of social and email marketing

- Practiced in image sourcing from popular stock libraries, interest in AI imagery generation

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to convert consumer insights and performance data into high impact creative initiatives

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to present complex technical information in a clear manner to peers, developers, and senior leaders

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and Project Management Software

- Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, organizational and multitasking skills

- Experience within medical or legal industry preferred

- Accuracy and Attention to Detail

- Experience in Agile & Waterfall Creative Project Management

- Experience with Client Relationship Management

- Must have Problem Solving ability and Project Management skills.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Single point of contact for all project information.

- Responsible for program oversight and managing the entire project life cycle from intake to hand off.

- Drive initiatives that cross the disciplines and work of the organization to cultivate and invigorate a world class design culture (& more).

- You will have a holistic view of the end-to-end design process by acting as the connective tissue between the creative team and external partners.

- Facilitate projects by managing the project schedule, project kick-offs, tracking, and reviews.

- Ensure the team solves problems through Design Sprints, designing, concepting, and validating through quality assurance best practices.

- Advocate for the digital experience by identifying all sources available of customer data and making connections.

- Manage and oversee the gathering of all assets in appropriate repositories. Aid in sourcing stock imagery and generating AI imagery.

- Present work is reviewed and approved by leadership and respective stakeholder teams.

- Act as POC for escalations and resolve blockers
