Key Actions performed by this Job Holder :

- Develop actionable insights which would help the categories see a better conversion on web

- Assist the Commercial teams in UK with adhoc analysis and data requirements

- Functional Skills required to be successful in the role:

- Experience on Omniture Site Catalyst is must

- Familiarity with web analytics and its concepts

- Familiarity with online retail and its concepts

- Write intuitive insights and analysis based on data

- Aid in standardization, development, improvement and upkeep of various reports

- Help identify and implement process improvements as needed

- Demonstrates effective communication skills, both oral and written

- Good Problem solving capabilities

- Comfortable with data extraction using SQL and Teradata

- Well versed in MS Excel and Powerpoint. Macros would be an added advantage

- Able to present results and findings in a nice format to the respective stakeholders

- Ability to work independently, under pressure and meet tight deadlines

- Results oriented and ability to prioritize tasks in an efficient manner

- Excellent Team Player

Qualifications required to be successful in the role :

- A graduate in any discipline

- Knowledge of Online retail and Web analytics

Experience required to be successful in the role:

- 3+ years
