Experience- 5+ in Web/ Digital Analytics
Job Purpose:
You will be responsible to lead the discovery & execution of insights from web traffic data to help better understand the users, and reporting back with easy-to-understand data visualizations and clear solutions.
Job Requirement:
- Hands on experience in web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Clickstream analysis, etc.).
- Thorough understanding of implementation and analysis of web metrics analysis at scale.
- Proficient in A/B testing tools such as Google Optimize, Optimizely, Test and Target.
- Strong strategic, analytical and critical thinking skills; ability to break down complex problems and formulate plans.
- Comfortable with digital marketing campaign concepts, use of marketing campaign platforms such as Double Click, Google 360 Adwords.
- Exposure to Tag Management tools.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Drive the excellence of our web analytics capabilities, including implementing best practices on collection, reporting and analysis of website data to drastically improve the user experience
- Execute a data and reporting strategy through a combination of data consolidation, validation, gap analysis and creation of holistic dashboards / presentations to executive leadership to inform and launch new lines of enquiry
- Design and implement the full cycle of A/B & multivariate testing from hypothesis creation to post experiment analysis and presentation of results
- Sample size estimation and define analytical needs for hypothesis testing
- Drive tagging initiatives, implementation, best practices, trouble-shooting to ensure digital marketing efforts are measured accurately and appropriately
- Work with the website & marketing technology team to identify gaps in the data capture strategy and collaboratively implement enhancements
