Web Analytics Manager
The Web Analytics Manager will be responsible for supporting the needs of the business by leading the holistic management of a web analytics for platforms. This include internal and external web analytics dashboards, which are key in articulating value, return on investments and decision making points.
Job Requirements :
- Assist with initiatives that support the long term strategy and vision
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and execute platform strategies
- Lead projects that focus on platform enhancements which improve customer experience
- Partner with Product Management to determine how to measure performance for new products/features
- Work with business partners to give insights to plan platform training and educational programs and communications
Experience :
- 5+ years of related experience and/or involvement in product or project management
- Experience with web analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Kissmetrics, Mixpanel
- Experience within the Digital Marketing Industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to interact with all levels of end users and technical resources
- Works effectively both independently and as a member of a cross functional team
- Uses sound judgment to identify issues and escalates when appropriate
- Understanding of SEO strategies, and the impact on traffic, conversion and ROI desired
