A leading Digital Media organization is hiring for Marketing Analytics Manager . Position will be based at Mumbai -
- Candidate should be passionate about performance tracking measurement, uncovering insights to improve performance of websites, apps & marketing programs.
- You know that a product or marketing campaign is never perfect, and you tirelessly seek out opportunities for optimizing digital products and improve performance of paid media channels or campaigns.
- You will work with our Project Managers, Marketing Leads to understand marketing objectives, determine how those are measured (or can be measured in the future), measure visitor engagement online, develop weekly and monthly reports with deep analysis and insights, understand customer behaviour and provide ongoing POVs.
- This position requires strong analytical skills, understanding of web measurement and analysis best practices and how to obtain good insights from data.
Required Skills :
- A solid understanding of advertising and digital marketing
- Hands on experience with web analytics tools including Google Analytics and at least one Enterprise-level platform (Omniture, WebTrends, CoreMetrics).
- Must be able to draw conclusions from data and present those to internal and external stakeholders.
- Must understand the appropriate application of technology/analytical tools in data analysis to ensure appropriate use and accurate results.
- Determine best sources to drive business online (both macro and micro views).
- Work with clients to develop and refine measurement objectives, benchmarks and how to reach.
- Develop and present ongoing reports to clients.
- Work effectively with other partnering media agencies to develop best overall measurement solutions.
- Develop and maintain fluency in clients' business practices and marketing objectives.
Required Experience :
- Minimum of 4+ years in a client facing role developing, implementing and managing a web analytics.
- Minimum 4+ years conducting ongoing media analysis, identify results and provide active recommendations for internal and external audiences.
- Minimum 4+ years experience in measuring and analyzing eCommerce websites.
- Highly analytical by nature, ability to know when and how to develop deeper insights from data, critically analyze all data and provide intelligent analysis.
- Experience presenting insights and analysis to clients.
- Experience in A/B testing or multivariate testing.
Salary range: 8 - 10 LPA
