Job Profile:
- You will promote the understanding of customer behaviour on the websites and help to identify areas where improvements in the online experience can be made.
- Using multiple outstanding analysis tools including the Google tracking suite, Hotjar, HubSpot, and Qualtrics you will identify customer behaviour patterns and insights that will translate into business improvements across all touchpoints.
- Providing insight to the business by reporting on the commercial performance of the websites through dashboard style automated reports.
- Reporting on a cohesive digital experience for the customer through all digital touchpoints (SEO, PPC, Social, Email, Display, Referral) to see how they are working together and give recommendations on improvements
- Marketing campaign planning, tracking, and post-campaign analysis.
- Combining online and offline data to track online activity through to offline sales.
- Be the business owner for our analytics tools & tags (Google Analytics) and point of audit for web data to ensure accuracy.
Desired Profile:
- Must have experience in Google data studio, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Experience in using the Microsoft Office suite with very strong Excel skills.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, GDS, and SAP.
- Experience in Web Analytics Methodologies such as experimentation and Testing, Competitive Analysis, Surveys, and Market Research.
