Web Analyst - IIT/NIT/BITS

Hiring Web Analyst for Chennai.

Interview in Bangalore on 28th November (Saturday)

We need candidate with the education background done through only IIT / NIT / BITS colleges.

Desired Skills and Experience

You could be a fit if you have:

- A Bachelors degree in Engineering or a Masters degree in marketing / sciences / business management.

- 1 - 2 years of experience working in web analytics or related area. Working in Retail industry or with multi-channel data strongly desired.

- 1 - 2 years of experience using web analytics tools such as Coremetrics, Omniture, WebTrends, Google Analytics, or similar. (Google Analytics preferred.)

- Good knowledge eMarketing activities such as SEM/SEO, remarketing/retention, targeted display, affiliates, etc

- Willingness and ability to take on diverse ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests involving multiple factors. Requests often have a vague scope / goals along with limited guidance from the business. Strong analytical skills and judgment needed to clarify and breakdown problems.

- Proficient with SQL to write queries against enterprise databases and established analytics views of data from base tables.

- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple work requests and projects. Ability to independently prioritize workload.

- Experience with an A/B and multivariate testing tool desired.

- Demonstrated to work independently on standard reporting and analysis as well as common ad-hoc requests.

- Excellent communication & presentation skills along with interpersonal and influencing skills (at all levels internally, externally and cross-functionally)

Added advantage if you have:

- Knowledge of website technology a plus (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

- Exposure to project management skills, business process redesign principles, tools and techniques a plus

- Knowledge of user experience methods, innovation, ideation, storytelling, prototyping, design frameworks, concept visualization, problem-framing skills and design principles.

- Consumer finance experience and / or experience in a highly regulated environment.

- Expertise with design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Balsamiq.
