Job Summary:
As a Wealth Relationship Manager (RM) in Private Client Group (PCG), you will be the primary point of contact for clients' investment needs and service issues.
Your role will involve managing and resolving customer queries, ensuring comprehensive knowledge of products and services, and driving improvements in both service and product offerings.
You will also need to stay updated on financial markets and collaborate closely with other team members and business units to achieve team objectives and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Management:
- Address and resolve customers' service or investment-related issues.
- Identify clients' needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Escalate issues when necessary and ensure timely resolution.
Product Knowledge:
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all products and services.
- Lead the resolution of queries and complaints related to products and services.
- Stay updated on product launches and upgrades, and ensure team members are trained accordingly.
Service Improvement:
- Research and analyze client complaints and compliments.
- Suggest innovations and improvements for products, services, and service levels.
Market Awareness:
- Stay current with economic and financial markets to effectively address client queries and provide informed advice.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with fellow Wealth RMs, Service Managers, and TRE to achieve team goals and foster a harmonious work environment.
- Collaborate with other business units to ensure overall team objectives are met.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with operational risk requirements, including Health & Safety standards, security measures, KYC, and anti-money laundering regulations.
Investment Distribution:
- Facilitate the distribution of third-party investment products, considering clients' risk profiles and investment objectives.
- Maintain regular interaction with asset management companies and clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in wealth management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of financial products, services, and market trends.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in finance or wealth management (e., CFP, CFA) are advantageous.
- Knowledge of compliance regulations and risk management practices.
