Wealth Relationship Manager | Liabilities (Bank)
Job Responsibilities:
- Increasing Liability Book and Investment AUM (Assets Under Management):
- Focus on expanding the bank's liabilities portfolio (such as deposits, fixed deposits, etc.) and increasing the size of the investment AUM by deepening relationships with existing clients and acquiring new ones.
Revenue Generation:
- Generate revenue through cross-selling wealth management products like insurance, mutual funds, and other investment products to clients.
Quality Sourcing:
- Acquire Potential High Net Worth (HNW) Clients to ensure the quality of client base and increase potential revenue.
Client Acquisition and Management:
- Manage relationships with both business and individual clients, including residents and Non-Resident Indians (NRIs).
Increasing Product Penetration:
- Cross-sell multiple products to each client to increase product penetration and create exit barriers, making it more difficult for clients to leave for competitors.
Portfolio Management and Financial Check-ups:
- Perform portfolio allocations, regular reviews, and financial health assessments for each client at defined intervals to ensure their financial goals are being met and to identify opportunities for additional services or products.
Skills and Competencies:
- Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of banking products, investments, and wealth management.
- Sales and Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their financial needs are met.
- Analytical Skills: Capability to analyze financial portfolios and recommend suitable products.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of regulatory requirements related to banking and investments.
- Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication with clients to explain complex financial products and strategies.
Goals and Objectives:
- Revenue Targets: Meet or exceed revenue targets through effective cross-selling and client acquisition strategies.
- Client Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by providing personalized financial advice and solutions.
- Portfolio Growth: Grow the bank's liabilities and investment AUM consistently.
- Risk Management: Mitigate risks associated with the portfolio through regular reviews and adjustments
