Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

- Nurture and maintain client relationships through continuous engagement and understanding of client needs.

- Conduct regular risk profiling to assess clients' risk tolerance and investment preferences.

Customized Financial Solutions:

- Identify potential customers and provide customized financial solutions tailored to their requirements.

- Focus on expanding the Assets Under Management (AUM) by offering appropriate investment products and services.

Customer Experience and Service Excellence:

- Ensure superior customer experience by delivering high service standards and personalized financial advice.

- Handle priority customers with specialized financial solutions aligned with their financial goals.

Profile Management and Engagement:

- Maintain comprehensive customer profiles, including risk profiles, demographics, and assets held within the bank.

- Engage customers through proactive outreach and customer engagement activities to deepen relationships and increase wallet share.

Cross-Selling and Product Promotion:

- Deepen existing relationships by cross-selling the bank's products and services, as well as third-party investment products.

- Identify opportunities to enhance product penetration by offering tailored solutions to meet client needs.

Customer Acquisition and Target Achievement:

- Acquire new customers through converting referral leads and proactive business development activities.

- Meet monthly targets set by the organization for AUM growth and customer acquisition.

CRM Management and Compliance:

- Record and track all client interactions and engagement activities using the CRM system.

- Ensure compliance with KYC (Know Your Customer), SEBI (Securities and Exchange Board of India) rules, regulations, and other applicable legislation governing the bank's operations.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Additional certifications such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) are advantageous.

Experience: Proven experience in wealth management, private banking, or a similar role within the financial services industry, with a track record of managing high-net-worth clients and achieving sales targets.

Skills:

- Strong understanding of financial products, investment strategies, and market trends.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and effectively articulate complex financial concepts.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment with cross-functional teams to design and deliver tailored investment solutions.

- Strategic thinking and business acumen to identify opportunities for growth and client acquisition.

- Proficiency in CRM systems and adherence to regulatory requirements related to financial services.
