Wealth Relationship Manager - BFSI

Job Purpose:

- You will be responsible for meeting the investment needs of clients by offering research-based advice in Mutual Funds (MF), Insurance, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), and Structured Products.

- The role involves actively managing client relationships through personalised visits, recommending suitable financial products, achieving business targets, and strategically expanding the client portfolio.

- The primary objective is to enhance product penetration, increase the client's wallet share, and acquire new clients, especially High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs).

Responsibilities:

Investment Advisory:

- Provide clients with research-based advice on various financial products, including Mutual Funds, Insurance, PMS, and Structured Products.

- Analyse clients' financial goals and risk tolerance to tailor investment recommendations accordingly.

Client Management:

- Conduct regular client visits to strengthen relationships and gain insights into clients' evolving financial needs.

- Recommend appropriate financial products to clients based on their investment objectives.

- Achieve business targets by effectively managing and growing the client portfolio.

Business Development:

- Identify prospective clients and actively work towards acquiring new clients.

- Focus on product penetration and implement strategies to increase the share of the client's wallet through strategic offerings.

Experience and Qualifications:

- Possess a minimum of 4 years of experience in handling Wealth Product Sales.

- Any Graduate or Post Graduate with relevant experience in the financial services industry.

Skills:

- Demonstrate strong relationship management skills with a focus on providing excellent client service.

- Exhibit effective communication and presentation skills.

- Mandatory knowledge of investment products and a deep understanding of financial markets.
