We are seeking an experienced Wealth Relationship Manager to join a leading bank in Gujarat.
- This role focuses on developing and expanding relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) to grow the bank's liabilities portfolio.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service orientation and a proven track record in financial product sales and client relationship management.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand High Net Worth Customer (HNW) relationships by sourcing category-A wealth customers.
- Source new bank customers through external efforts and acquisition channels.
- Ensure a high level of customer service and adherence to bank policies.
- Cross-sell bank products to existing customers to deepen relationships.
- Inform customers of new products or product enhancements to expand their banking portfolio.
- Plan and conduct special sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing clients.
- Collaborate with other group companies to provide seamless access to additional products.
- Maintain a complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- Master's degree in Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- 6-8 years of experience in wealth management, financial services, or a similar domain.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust with clients.
- Proven ability to cross-sell and upsell financial products.
- Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements.
- Goal-oriented mindset with excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
