Job Description :
- Drive sales initiatives and generate revenue by managing the channel partners and increasing Axis MF market share.
- Communicate and update the channel partners proactively about existing fund performance & USP's and of new product launches.
- Ensure timely coverage for all existing relationships assigned resulting into effective communication about Axis Mutual Fund & its schemes.
- Train channel partners on different MF & alternate products.
- Manage existing & potential Private Wealth Channel relationships to increase allocation to Axis products.
- Channel Engagement & promotional activities.
- Identify areas for enhancement, propose innovative solutions, and suggest process improvements.
- Create and deliver reports, dashboards, charts, graphs, and other visualizations to communicate data findings and recommendations to channel partners
Requirements :
- Postgraduate/ graduate with 4-6 years of experience. MBA/CA/CFA/CFP preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and presentability.
- Proven track record in sales success.
- In-depth understanding of Debt/Equity Mutual Fund industry & alternate products.
- Excellent networking skills.
- Ability to leverage social media platforms and other digital marketing channels to identify and connect with channel partners to promote product offerings.
- Past experience of handling private wealth counters will be an added advantage.
- NISM XXI A Certification (mandatory before joining).
- NISM V-A Certification (mandatory before joining).
- Knowledge about mutual fund & alternate products regulatory environment.
- Open to local commute.
