The incumbent would be responsible for :
- Create and operationalise the plan for acquiring new-to-bank high value customer relationships. Leverage networks, partnership and sources of leads and referrals to access prospective clients. Interact with internal referral sources to identify prospects and referral opportunities
Build the relationships with UHNI customers, their family and business entities
- Explore, review and fulfil the banking, financial and wealth management needs of the mapped customers
- Provide inputs to the product and research team for any new products that the customer requires
- Achieve the business plans and goals across AUM build up, revenue, profitability, new acquisition and any other specific metrics
Key Relationships:
External :
- Customer, Family, Business entity & the key functionaries in the entity
- Third Party Product & Service Providers
Internal :
- All stakeholders i.e. Service team, Operations, IT, Wealth Specialists, Research, Product
- Key stakeholders in other business departments and subsidiaries
Competencies Required:
- Stability and experience from a reputed bank/ NBFC/ Wealth Firms
- Should be having a history of consistent revenue delivery in third party products ( Mutual Funds / PMS/ Insurance / Alternates / Structures) Of minimum 5 lacs per month.
- Having good command over the business, English as a language and a pleasing personality.
- Knowledge of corporate banking products and services
- Strong verbal / written communication skills. Multiple languages would be an added advantage
- Strong sales mindset, business acumen
- High aptitude for client relationship management and business development
Nature of Relevant Work Experience Required: Private Banking / Wealth Management experience in a Bank / Investment Advisory firm / Brokerage House / Boutique Wealth Management firm
