Responsibilities:

- Build and manage a robust portfolio of client relationships, providing them with timely and insightful advice on equity and derivative market opportunities.

- Conduct regular portfolio reviews (at least monthly) with clients to assess their investment performance, risk tolerance, and evolving financial goals.

- Leverage your financial expertise to develop tailored investment strategies aligned with each client's unique needs and risk profile.

- Ensure strict adherence to all regulatory compliance processes when providing investment advice to clients.

- Proactively source and acquire new client relationships, aiming to bring on at least one new high-potential client per month with a minimum account size of Rs.

- 25 lakhs (broking or investment product).

- Engage with existing and potential clients through daily meetings, actively building rapport, understanding their investment needs, and presenting suitable investment opportunities.

Key Requirements:

- Graduation in any discipline (preferably with an MBA in Finance) and NCFM certification(s) (mention specific NCFM modules relevant to the role).

- 3+ years of experience in the financial services industry, with a proven track record in equity, mutual funds, portfolio management services, or broking.

- In-depth understanding of capital market dynamics and a strong knowledge of equity, derivatives, derivative strategies, and hedging concepts.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding client expectations and achieving sales targets
