As a Wealth Manager, you will be responsible for identifying High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) and selling investment products such as Mutual Funds, Life Insurance, and Fixed Deposits to asset clients. You will be generating direct revenue through selling liability products (investments & insurance) and meeting assigned revenue targets, cross-selling asset products, and generating leads.
What you need to do:
- High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) who have investable surplus and potential for investment
- Selling investment products such as Mutual Funds, Life Insurance, and Fixed Deposits to asset clients in order to generate direct revenue
- Meeting assigned revenue targets on a consistent basis
- Acquiring new clients and enrolling them in the company for investment and wealth management services
- Cross-selling asset products to existing clients and generating leads for potential clients
- Providing excellent client service by servicing existing clients and managing their investment portfolios
- Maintaining a substantial client base of High to Medium worth clients with investable surplus
- Staying updated with market trends and investment products to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to generate referrals and expanding the client base
- Collaborating with internal teams such as Product, Operations, and Compliance to ensure smooth processing of investment transactions and compliance with regulatory requirements
What you need to have:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in selling investment products to HNIs
- Strong knowledge of investment products such as Mutual Funds, Life Insurance, and Fixed Deposits
- Proven track record of consistent revenue generation and meeting targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Ability to analyze financial data and provide investment recommendations to clients
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced sales environment
- Strong networking skills to identify and connect with potential clients
- Good understanding of regulatory requirements related to investment products and compliance
- Professional certifications such as AMFI, IRDA, and NISM will be an added advantage
