Job Title: Wealth Manager

Location: Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kochi/Cochin

About the Client:

Our client, a leading player in the financial services industry, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wealth Managers with expertise in HNI and institutional client management to join their team.

This role focuses on managing relationships with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and institutional clients, including corporates, SMEs, banks, and financial institutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in institutional sales and delivering personalized financial solutions based on comprehensive market insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

- Identify and acquire new clients for comprehensive financial solutions and services.

- Execute monthly sales plans to target large prospective clients and maintain regular contact with all mapped clients through weekly or monthly calls. Track daily targets and hold personal meetings with clients. Additionally, identify potential clients (Corporates/Financial Institutions) through referral networks, ads, directories, corporate associations, and other channels.

- Ensure 100% client penetration for the sourced business, while actively working to increase the share of wallet and revenues from each client.

- Maintain sales volumes and consistently achieve targeted revenue across all customers and products.

- Maintain projected fee income at budgeted levels by actively engaging in cross-selling initiatives to meet revenue goals.

Provide continuous and superior guidance to team members, focusing on:

1. Client Acquisition: Driving efforts to acquire new clients and expand the client base.

2. Client Retention & Deepening: Building long-term relationships by enhancing client satisfaction and retention.

3. Brand Positioning: Effectively positioning the brand to attract talent and clients.

Contribute to customer satisfaction initiatives:

1. Adhere to ethical and fair practices in the selling of products, ensuring integrity in all client interactions.

2. Ensure the regular availability of research materials and market insights for clients, providing them with valuable inputs for decision-making.

3. Keep client promises by addressing their grievances promptly and ensuring that concerns are effectively managed or escalated as necessary.

4. Stay informed on the latest market developments and report upcoming client requirements to the Regional Head and research team to help drive product and service innovation.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Strong experience in wealth management with a focus on HNIs and institutional clients.

- Proven expertise in institutional sales and delivering personalized investment solutions.

- Strong knowledge of financial markets, products, and regulatory compliance.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

- Ability to drive client acquisition, retention, and contribute to brand positioning.
