Wealth Manager - Direct Sales
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Building relationship with the existing clients and leads for business generation.
- Acquiring new clients for the company through own references and leads provided by the company.
- Meeting Sales targets in term of inflow, Cross Sell, Up sell and reference generation.
- Initiate and maintain personal contact with existing investors and allocated leads over the phone and meeting.
- Contacting and meeting minimum number of leads/clients per day/week/month
- Passing on Feedback on calling in a defined format on a daily/periodic basis
Skill Set & Personality Traits:
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion to talk and convert lead into a sale.
- Soft skills to handle all types of clients over phone.
- Willingness to learn.
