Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Wealth Manager to lead a dynamic team of 12-15 Relationship Managers.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through the strategic upselling of Mutual Fund (MF) products to both retail and High Net-Worth Individual (HNI) clients.

You will be tasked with meeting revenue targets, enhancing client relationships, and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Management:

- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 12-15 Relationship Managers.

- Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve their sales targets and professional development.

Business Development:

- Upsell Mutual Fund products to existing and potential retail and HNI clients.

- Generate fresh leads through references and other networking methods to expand the client base.

Client Relationship Management:

- Profile clients to identify their financial needs and provide suitable investment products.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring exceptional service and relationship management.

Investment Advisory:

- Provide strategic investment planning and financial advice tailored to the needs of HNI/UHNI clients.

- Continuously assess client portfolios and recommend adjustments to optimize returns.

Sales and Revenue Targets:

- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets by promoting a diverse product mix.

- Monitor and analyze sales performance to ensure targets are met.

Customer Service:

- Maintain high standards of client service and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Address and resolve client queries and concerns promptly.

Qualifications:

- Certification: Preference for NISM Certified candidates.

- Experience: Proven experience in managing retail and HNI clients, with a deep understanding of Mutual Funds.

- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of financial products, investment strategies, and market trends.

- Strategic thinker with a client-focused approach.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
