1) Providing EXPERT & PROFESSIONAL Guidance and Recommendations on a wide variety of Investment plans.
2) Handling branch clients portfolio, and adding HNI clients for bank in form of NTBs. Cross sell of all other financial products asset and liability according to client need
3) New customer acquisition, Casa,financial advisory,forex trade, insurance, mutual fund,PMS, real estate, Gold, LAP,home loan etc to HNI customer.
4) To inform customers of new products or product enhancements to further expand the banking relationship.
5) To plan and conduct special sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing clients
6) Ensuring compliance with key regulatory and bank level requirements
7) To Enhance & Retain customer profitability by capturing larger share of Wallet.
8) Plans and conducts special sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing clients.
9) Coordinates with other group companies to provide seamless access to other products.
10) Maintains complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts.
11) MIS generation, maintains records for all acquisition figures and account up gradations.
