Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition and Management:

- Increase the liability book and investment AUM portfolio through new client acquisition and deepening relationships with existing clients.

- Manage both individual (resident and NRI) and business clients, providing tailored wealth management services.

Revenue Generation:

- Drive revenue growth by cross-selling business banking and wealth management products such as Trade Forex, Insurance, Investments, and Retail Assets.

- Develop strategies to increase product penetration and minimize exit barriers by offering multiple products per client.

Quality of Sourcing:

- Ensure high-quality client acquisition by targeting potential high-net-worth individuals and businesses.

- Implement best practices for sourcing and onboarding clients to maintain service standards.

Product and Service Collaboration:

- Work closely with product specialists to provide clients with superior and customized wealth management and business banking solutions.

- Engage with clients to understand their financial needs and offer relevant products and services.

Client Experience Coordination:

- Collaborate with Client Experience Managers to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.

- Ensure a seamless client experience through effective communication and service delivery.

Compliance and Documentation:

- Adhere to all compliance processes and guidelines to ensure regulatory and procedural adherence.

- Reduce rejection rates and enhance the quality of documentation for client transactions.

Client Engagement:

- Ensure comprehensive client engagement by managing all aspects of the client relationship.

- Implement a "Total Client Ownership" approach to provide holistic and integrated wealth management services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Experience: Proven experience in wealth management or a similar role, with a strong track record in managing high-net-worth clients and expanding investment portfolios.

- Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of financial products, including Trade Forex, Insurance, Investments, and Retail Assets.

- Sales and Revenue Generation: Demonstrated ability to drive revenue through cross-selling and acquiring new clients.

- Client Service: Excellent client management skills with a focus on delivering superior service and maintaining long-term relationships.

- Compliance: Knowledge of compliance processes and guidelines in the financial industry.

- Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e. , CFP, CFA) or an MBA is advantageous.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial planning software and CRM systems.

- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within a private bank or wealth management firm
