Job Purpose:
This role is responsible for driving brokerage generation by providing financial advice and investment solutions to High Net Worth Individuals (HNI) regarding their equity and derivative portfolios.
You will play a key role in client acquisition for brokerage services and various investment products, aiming to achieve assigned targets.
Key Deliverables:
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with HNI clients.
- Conduct monthly portfolio reviews to understand client needs and recommend suitable investment strategies.
- Provide timely investment advice and recommendations for equity and derivative markets.
Business Development:
- Acquire at least one new client per month, with a minimum investment size of Rs. 25 lakhs (broking or investment products).
- Proactively generate leads and convert them into long-term clients.
Compliance:
- Ensure all financial advice and transactions comply with regulatory guidelines and company policies.
Communication & Collaboration:
- Engage with existing and potential clients through daily meetings to discuss investment opportunities.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to deliver comprehensive financial solutions.
Role Requirements:
Education:
- Degree in preferably Finance or Economics.
- NCFM Certifications (relevant to financial advisory services).
Experience:
3+ years of experience in equity sales, mutual funds, portfolio management services (PMS), or broking.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of capital markets, financial instruments, and investment strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a target achievement mindset.
