Responsibilities:

- With Wealth Management background Identify potential customers willing to invest/buy high-end projects

- Develop and execute strategic plans for project sales and business development in the construction Industry

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and customer satisfaction.

- Manage sales pipeline from lead generation to close, including forecasting and reporting.

- Identify new business opportunities and lead negotiations with clients.

- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision making.

- Professional from Wealth management circle is preferred.

- Proven track record of success in Corporate sales, preferably in the Project Marketing

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
